Online Form & Guidelines



€ 500 grant. Award ceremony will be held and will be announced at the end of the ESFH Meeting.


To compete for this award, you must:

  • Submit an abstract

  • Be the presenting author of an accepted abstract for the upcoming ESFH Annual Meeting

Abstract submission

  • All abstracts should be submitted via email to office@healthcc.at.

  • All abstracts must be submitted before the deadline (February 15th, 2021). Please note that any submitted abstract, even if accepted by the programme committee, will not be included in the programme should you fail to register for the conference.

  • Submission of the electronic form signifies understanding of, and agreement with, all the conditions set out below.


Abstract Submission form

  • Abstracts should be written in English.

  • Titles should clearly identify the contents of abstract.

  • Please note that errors in the text will not be corrected. The content and literary standard of submitted abstracts is under the author's responsibility.

  • Pictures will not be accepted.

  • Indicate the preferred kind of presentation (oral/poster).

  • Please indicate the presenting author by underline.

  • Author names and affiliations will be printed as entered in the abstract submission, so please make sure these are correct and consistent if you submit more than one abstract. It is also important that names are consistent for the author index.


Review, Acceptance and Notification

  • The receipt of all abstract submissions will be acknowledged via email.

  • The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the meeting.

  • All submissions are subject to peer review by the members of the scientific committee. E-mail notification of acceptance or reviewing will be sent to all submitting authors.


Poster Presentation Guidelines



  • The dimensions of the poster board are 120 cm wide and 150 cm high.

  • The title and authors' names and affiliations should be allocated at the top of the poster.

  • The text body and illustrations should be bold and large enough to be read from around two meters away (six feet).



  • Your poster will be displayed in the poster viewing area, exhibition hall.

  • The board of your poster will be numbered with the same number as your poster/presentation code.


Poster mounting and dismounting

  • Posters should be held up on Thursday, May 27th from 9 a.m. and are to be removed by the poster’s author no later than Friday, May 28th at 6 p.m.

  • Please note that the organizing committee will not take responsibility for posters that are not removed on time.

  • Material for mounting the poster will be provided on site.
